Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel automatically processes information that your browser transmits (server log files). This includes:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- IP address of the accessing computer
- date and time of the server request
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 42CAP Manager GmbH cannot attribute this data to specific individuals, and it is not combined with other data sources.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel (Art. 28 GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers of data to the USA are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).
Web Analytics with Vercel Web Analytics
To understand how our website is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a service of Vercel Inc. (address above). It collects only aggregated, anonymous usage data, such as the pages viewed, the previously visited website, country, browser, operating system and device type.
Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Visits are distinguished by a hash value that is generated from the incoming request and automatically discarded after 24 hours. The data collected is not linked to any individual or IP address, and it is not possible to track your behaviour across different websites.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis and improvement of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The fonts used on this website are loaded directly from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
